These are selected R&D projects involving universities, companies, industry organizations, investors, and other stakeholders.
My work spans business feasibility assessment, grant acquisition, consortium design, project governance, and execution support, helping research and development initiatives move toward practical implementation.
#1 Plant-Derived Cosmetic Ingredient Development Project
An R&D project involving universities, manufacturers, producers, and investors.
Participated from the early stage of business feasibility assessment, conducting market research, commercial viability analysis, and investment return evaluation, while supporting project structuring and execution.
The project involved stakeholders with different priorities, including research outcomes, commercialization, product development, and raw material sales. I coordinated diverse perspectives and interests to support the creation of a new business opportunity.
#2 Orthopedic Medical Device Development Project
A collaborative development project involving universities, medical device companies, and manufacturers.
Joined the project at a stage where stronger alignment and governance were required among participating organizations.
Supported grant application development and organizational alignment, resulting in successful grant acquisition. Following approval, I was responsible for project governance, KPI management, budget control, and consortium operations through to project completion.
#3 Surgical Medical Material Development Project
A collaborative development project involving a medical device marketing authorization holder, manufacturers, and universities.
Engaged from the concept stage, supporting grant acquisition, consortium design, and project operations.
In addition to project management responsibilities, I provided technical advisory support in areas such as evaluation planning, study design, and literature review, bridging technical, business, and operational perspectives throughout the development process.
#4 NEDO R&D Project
Next-Generation Fuel Cell and Water Electrolysis Technology Development / Research and Development on Establishing Dispersion Indices and a Manufacturing Process Design Framework for Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell Inks
A large-scale collaborative R&D project involving an industry association, multiple companies, and universities.
Supported the restructuring of the overall project strategy for the NEDO application, including the R&D plan, implementation framework, organizational structure, and budget allocation. Led project governance and management functions across the multi-institution consortium, contributing to the successful adoption of the project.
Following adoption, LEO LAB HUB continues to participate as the project PMO, supporting consortium operations, progress management, budget administration, and coordination among participating organizations.
